President

As founder and President of Gibbs Excavating Inc., Tim has been at the helm since 1990. He oversees every aspect of the business from running equipment to making sure each project is completed with the quality the company is known for. Tim sets the standard for hard work, honesty, and doing the job right.

Lynn Gibbs
Vice President

Lynn keeps the business running behind the scenes. She handles the billing, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations that keep projects moving smoothly. As vice president, she makes sure customers are taken care of from the first phone call to the final invoice.

Jordan Gibbs
Project Manager

Jordan represents the next generation of Gibbs Excavating. As Project Manager, he’s out on the job sites making sure crews, equipment, and projects stay on track. Known for his leadership in the field, Jordan ensures that every job meets the company’s high standards and is finished on time and on budget.
